Universal Studios Japan in Osaka is rolling out its winter merchandise in stages. Mario Kart-themed items are scheduled to arrive on November 6, 2026, followed by Christmas and winter ranges featuring Hello Kitty and Snoopy on November 9.
The Mario Kart range includes clothing, caps, pencil cases and mugs. The holiday range adds character accessories, while Snoopy items include winter clothing. These are planned merchandise launch dates, rather than a single opening date for every holiday activity.
The park opened in 2001 and is marking its 25th anniversary in 2026, according to its operator. A separate anniversary confectionery offer is scheduled from November 13 at the Kids Store: visitors can choose eligible sweets for a special bag, until the sales limit is reached.
A portrait-art experience is also scheduled at Park Side Grille from November 12 through January 17, 2027, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding December 31 and January 1. Availability can change and requests may not be accepted on the day.
