Digimon’s Fan-Voted Rerun Selects Episode 20 for October 25

An episode ranked sixth in a worldwide Digimon fan vote is next in the franchise’s Japanese rerun project. Toei Animation says Digimon Adventure episode 20 is scheduled for October 25, with a 9 a.m. Sunday broadcast on Fuji TV and the listed regional affiliates.

Catch-up streaming is planned from 9:30 a.m. each Sunday through TVer and FOD. Some regional stations begin later, with different early-morning slots in November, so the main-network time should not be treated as a uniform nationwide schedule. Broadcast and streaming times may change.

The selection project looks ahead to the franchise’s thirtieth anniversary in 2027. It draws on fan votes across four early television series. For Digimon Adventure, the eleven selected episodes are being shown in episode-number order rather than vote-ranking order, in a remastered run that began October 4. October 25 is the slot for this selected episode, not the start of a newly produced series.

東映アニメーションは、世界投票で6位の「デジモンアドベンチャー」第20話を10月25日の選抜再放送で放送すると発表した。フジテレビなどは日曜9時、TVer・FODは9時30分から見逃し配信予定。地方局は11月開始など時間差がある。2027年30周年に向けた企画で、選抜11話を投票順位でなく話数順に放送する。新作シリーズ開始の告知ではない。
