Genkosha plans to publish a new collection by a manga artist on December 10. The B5-format volume has 148 pages and a listed pre-tax price of 3,600 yen, according to the publisher’s October 23 announcement.
The collection focuses on the artist’s study of the human figure. The publisher says the artist selected the illustrations himself and that the book combines original works with pieces based on models. This is a publication announcement rather than an independent review of the artwork.
Several booksellers plan signed-copy lotteries and store-specific extras. At Melonbooks, the publisher expressly distinguishes the signed-copy lottery from the order that includes an A3 poster: lottery winners do not receive that poster, and the poster-included order is not eligible for the signed-copy lottery. These are different purchase routes, rather than two benefits automatically bundled together.
