Monteur will sell three chilled desserts inspired by Meiji’s Chelsea brand from November 1 through 30, 2026. The lineup comprises a butterscotch-style cream puff, a yogurt-scotch-style éclair and a two-piece waffle assortment.

All three have a reference retail price of ¥237 including tax, although regional prices may vary. The waffle assortment is listed for nationwide distribution. The cream puff and éclair cover the listed regions from Tohoku through Okinawa, with Hokkaido absent from their distribution list. Even within the stated areas, some supermarkets will not carry them.

Chelsea dates to 1971. Monteur’s announcement distinguishes the original candy, whose sales ended in March 2024, from a later Hokkaido-only soft-texture version made by Meiji group company Donan Shokuhin. These November products are a separate chilled-dessert collaboration, not a return of the original candy.

The cream puff uses two layers of filling, while the waffle pack offers the two flavour themes together. The stated November sales period and regional availability should guide shopping plans; no stock at a particular branch is promised.
