MTV plans to show MTV VMAJ 2026 on November 15 from 19:30 to 23:00 Japan time, with TELASA also carrying the event. The awards and live performances took place at Tokyo Dome on October 29.
Mrs. GREEN APPLE’s Brand New received Video of the Year. According to the organiser, that award was decided by public voting among the category-winning works.
International fan outlook and trend context — Editorial forecast
The programme follows the October 29 venue event with a November 15 television and streaming presentation. Editorial forecast: overseas Japanese-music fans who could not attend may find the delayed programme useful because it provides another way to follow the performances, although access outside Japan has not been established by this announcement.
Check MTV’s programme information and TELASA’s service conditions for viewing eligibility. The event announcement should not be taken as confirmation of free viewing or worldwide distribution.
