Xen plans a November 1 update to Oshicolle, its platform for creators to make and sell random trading cards. The new five-photo plan will sit alongside the existing nine-photo option, reducing the number of images needed to start a collection.
The announced configuration contains four public card designs and one secret design. A synthesis feature in the five-photo plan will consume duplicate cards to move a card up one rarity level. The operator also plans four cat mascots and a new draw animation restricted to this plan.
Every purchase under the five-photo plan includes a physical card. Its cost is included in the listed price, but shipping remains separate. The announcement directs creators to a logged-in notice for revenue-sharing rates rather than publishing those figures openly. Oshicolle began in November 2024 and handles design, printing, stock management and shipping for creators. These are the operator’s announced service terms, not results of a product test.
