Hololive shoppers planning a November visit to Tokyo Station face a four-day gap in service. COVER says its official shop will finish trading in its current space on November 8 and reopen in a different section of Tokyo Character Street on November 13, 2026.
The shop will be closed from November 9 through 12, with neither counter sales nor merchandise collection available during the move. The new location remains on the basement level of Tokyo Station First Avenue, with announced hours of 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
The reopening introduces hololive Station Classical Vol.1, a merchandise line featuring 12 talents in station-staff-inspired outfits. Kiddy Land will help operate the shop, which also carries selected products from the wider official range. The physical shop brings a VTuber brand associated with online streaming into a railway-station retail setting.
Purchase gifts begin on November 13 while supplies last. Random stickers are offered for each ¥2,200 spent in one transaction and acrylic keychains for each ¥5,500, with each gift capped at 12 per transaction. A vinyl bag is offered once per transaction of at least ¥7,700. Prices include tax; gift designs cannot be chosen.
