Hifumi Shobo released the second comic volume of its VTuber sibling comedy on October 23. Parent company Edia’s announcement also outlines a limited digital discount on volume one, running through November 5.

The comic follows a brother drawn into his sister’s virtual-streaming activities after a broadcast accident. It is published under the Nova Comics label and adapts a novel series from the publisher’s Brave Bunko imprint. The distinction between those formats is useful here: the new October release is comic volume two, while novel volume five was released on August 25.

The publisher reports that the series has passed 200,000 copies cumulatively. That figure refers to the series, not sales of the newly released second comic volume alone.

Participating digital bookstores are offering the first comic volume at 50 percent off from October 23 to November 5. The listed services include Kindle, BookWalker, Piccoma and ebookjapan; readers should check the applicable edition and purchase conditions at their chosen store.
