FOD plans to start exclusive streaming of a 30-episode Chinese period drama at midnight on November 1. Fuji Television’s October 25 release gives the Japanese title in the program details and links a dedicated viewing page.
The broadcaster says the series adapts a novel and lists the director, performers and production team. Its schedule makes all 30 episodes available at the announced start, giving viewers an alternative to waiting for weekly episodes.
FOD is Fuji Television’s video and electronic-book service. The announcement describes its premium standard course as 1,320 yen per month including tax, but does not describe this drama as a free stream. It also does not specify English subtitles or a worldwide release. The all-episode schedule should be distinguished from a weekly rollout.
