B.L.U.E. NOVA is recruiting players for three evening technical-test sessions on October 30, October 31 and November 1. Each runs from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. JST. Applications through the Steam Playtest request button close at 10 a.m. JST on October 29.

This trial is limited to eligible Asian regions, including Japan, and comes before a separately planned global closed beta. Applying does not guarantee a place: participants will be selected by lottery, with Steam access scheduled to be granted progressively from noon JST on October 29. Japanese, English and Simplified Chinese are the listed test languages.

The purpose is to check connection reliability and multiplayer performance under load, rather than present a finished game. GungHo lists a 2027 release plan for the cooperative shooter, with no exact launch date. Test participants are promised an in-game item after the full release, but its contents and collection method have not yet been announced. Video sharing and livestreaming are subject to the game’s content-use guidelines.
