Japanese audio maker final will release USB-C versions of the E500 and VR3000 Recable for Gaming on October 30. Reservations began October 26. Announced expected retail prices are 3,980 yen and 10,800 yen respectively, including tax.
Both versions include microphones and three-button controllers on 1.2-meter cables. The VR3000 model supports a two-pin detachable cable connection. The E500 is positioned for binaural material, while the VR3000 line is designed around spatial cues in games and VR.
International fan outlook and trend context — Editorial forecast
Final says the USB-C versions retain the existing models’ acoustic designs while adding a connection choice alongside the 3.5-millimeter versions. Overseas ASMR listeners and wired-audio gamers using compatible USB-C devices may welcome that option because it can simplify their connection setup without requiring a move to a different earphone family. This is an editorial forecast, not evidence of measured overseas demand.
These are manufacturer specifications, not independent listening-test results. Confirm compatibility with the intended device and the selected model’s sales channel through final’s official information. E500 availability and VR3000 retailer coverage differ in the announcement.
