A November 14–15 music festival around Osaka’s Naniwasuji corridor has released its venue map and timetable. Its park program is free to enter, but the organizers give different access rules for the shop-based live circuit and a separate food-and-drink promotion.
The east section of Utsubo Park hosts the park festival from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., with three stages and seventeen food trucks. The live circuit runs broadly from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.; individual venues set their own hours, admission charges and one-order requirements. Free park entry therefore does not mean every venue or purchase is free.
The neighborhood project began in 2023 and is holding its third edition this year. Its revived Noda–Fukushima bar program runs longer, November 13–30, during participating shops’ opening hours. More than sixty shops have registered. A participation card costs 700 yen in advance or 900 yen during the event; the announcement says card-sale details will follow through the official Instagram account.
